Instructions for Use
- No need to battle to get your biltong cut! Use a Claasens Wood Chunk Biltong Slicer.
- Place the biltong on the wooden chunk slicer and press down the handle.
- Control the thickness of the slices.
- Rotate the HDPE disc regularly to obtain a new cutting line.
- The hardened steel blade can be sharpened should it become necessary.
- The blade is adjustable to reset the cutting edge after sharpening.
- Clean with a damp cloth and store in a clean, dry place.
- The disc can be removed and washed in warm soapy water.
